The beach & Sandcastles

We got to spend the morning together at the beach. I’ve been to the beach 3 times this year which is probably more than the past 25 years combined. Today is was really cool and a steady breeze. I still think the ocean water is freezing 🥶

I’ve gotten myself into building sandcastles and have found it to be very satisfying, fun and peaceful. Today two little boys ages 2 & 4 wanted to play with the sandcastle stuff and they proceeded to level my sandcastle lol. Their mom was really nice and kept apologizing for what they were doing. To me seeing how happy they were playing made the whole thing worth it. I think God brought them by where we were. Hopefully we will run into them again some time.
